System UI has stopped #104

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.starting up an application 
2.appears randomly  
3.after a reboot of the phone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the application should start, instead a window appears saying System UI has 
stopped. The whole screen turns black, even the wallpaper and status bar is 
gone. After clicking ok, everything reappears again.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using R8 on JellyTime.

Please provide any additional information below.

It looks like the whole system just crashes, also by the look in the logcat.

This entry should either be removed or be taken with a grain of salt, as the 
poster has admitted to not properly wiping prior to flashing ROM.

Yes....at first i did dirty wipe, but as i did write RB, i later on wiped 
everything except the sd, but the issue was still there...anyhow....it is gone 
with the release of R9. Besides, i was not the only one having this issue.
But tell You what...next time i will just let other folks create an issue, so 
everything is cool!
