Unfortunately, System UI has stoped - HTC DHD on JellyTime_Release_8 (19-02-12) #106

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Full formated, wiped and Installed with Relase 8...
2. As soon I type the Pin Code to unlock my sim card, I have "unfortunately, 
System UI has stoped", this message is coming all the time...
3. As soon I set my phone in "Airplane mode" the message disappear and 
everything is running correctly.

Any idea?

For your information, on Release 9 I have not this problem, but the camera is 
not functioning.
