Can't connect to camera #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.turn camera on

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

well camera should appear
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

using R9 with full wipe

Same problem with stock camera and 3rd party cameraMX - both cannot start 
camera even after reboots. Using R9.1 on DHD with full wipe. Exactly same it 
was on previous R9.
