Error on video playing #113

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.While using Talking Ted App I play some actions
2.After 3 actions an error on video playing raises
3.I can't play any other video by HW mode

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Video Playing, an error raises

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Jellytime 9.1 on default installation

Please provide any additional information below.
I can't play any other video neither Youtube, TED talks, etc.

Can't play video with hardware decoder.

I had this issue with youtube and twitchTV, on desire HD. Workaround:
Go to Settings> Developer Options and check "Disable HW overlays"

even if u click disable hw then u can use utube for like 10 15 vids and then it 
says an error has occured and u have to restart your phone to use it agian
