Auto Rotate screen not function #134

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.auto rotation is checked
2.all the apps including camera is not rotate
3.uncheck and check auto rotation also same

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
nothing just can not auto rotate

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
r12 windows 7 32 bit

Please provide any additional information below.
test with camera and browser

A bug if you have flash ViperDHD or Sabsa Prime before, downgrade to 2.3 stock 
and reflash jellytime and the bug will be fixed
