Phone Encryption

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Turning on the Phone Encryption
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Phone seem to start the encryption process but after 16hours of waiting(yes i 
left it untouched over night)and it didn't encrypt the phone

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.
I had to use Microsoft Exchange account for my company mails and it required me 
to encrypt the phone because of the security policies,after leaving it 16 hours 
or more for encryption process to be completed,it did nothing and Exchange 
still giving warning that it needs to be encrypted.

it stops the connection between computer and the device via usb once i start 
the encryption.
i didn't get any log msgs for that matter but i solved the issue by using 
Enhanced Mail app instead of the native Mail Client coming with Android.

You can reproduce the issue just by opening the phone encryption,that's it!you 
will see the green android man,leave it like that for any amount of time you 
like,it does nothing and the encryption procedure doesn't even start. 

By the way,I do really admire your work and thank you millions of times for 
giving us this incredible ROM!!You are way beyond the awesome!

Ive also had this problem. Following the encryption attempt the phone ran slow 
when web browsing, even after a reboot. Its no big deal... Awesome ROM BTW.
