Phone and messaging doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. call yourself from another phone
2. send a message to yourself from another phone
3. send a message to yourself (should work)
4. call another phone (should work)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
jallytime R14 - DHD - Rooted

Please provide any additional information below.
System seems to connect to GSM network only in active state (calling or sending 
message) but doesn't work in a passive state (recieving message or calling) : i 
only recieve messages when i call someone or send a message to someone.

No Problem with Calls / Messages in standby mode but phone disconnects from 
WLAN while in standby.

Thank you for your answer.
I'll try to reinstall JellyTime, performing a full wipe again. I'll tell you if 
it solves this issue.
