no connection to Google account on R2 #58

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Opening Google mail app
2.  Or under settings the Google account synchronization is not longer there
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is caused by gapps disappearing from the phone. Go to "Manage Apps" in the 
home screen menu, slide across to "All" and check for "Google Account Services" 
or similar. If you don't see anything there, re-installing gapps will fix this. 
Worked for me and haven't had any problems since (Now using R4). I lost my 
gapps after upgrading b16 to R3.
