Hey chebro here! This PR is a potential fix for #1

A initial ding.mp3 is played forcing the bot to interact with the joined channel. For some weird reason, the conn.receiver class functions normally after that.

Thanks for looking into the issue chebro! This might be a possible fix indeed. Merging right away :)
