Empty cart when hitting the checkout should redirect you home #164

Add products to cart
Go to checkout
Delete Commerce.js cart ID from cookies
Refresh the page

Expected: should say your cart it empty or redirect you away somewhere else Actual: renders a checkout page with an empty cart
