Fix 3C testcases #1234

The following changes were made:

Fixed an issue where the -f3c-tool option was not enabled in clang even when passing it as a command line option.
Fixed an issue with typedef discovery which was caused due to the new ElaboratedType that surrounds TypedefType.
Removed all unused check prefixes from 3C tests.
Added compiler flags to 3C tests to convert clang errors to warnings. These errors were warnings in the previous version of clang.
