Certificate Transparency Logs #159

Describe the solution you'd like We have a requirement to check Certificate Transparency Logs to monitor that third-parties are not signing certificates for our domains without approval. We feel as Checkly already provides a comprehensive workflow for monitoring our APIs, including monitoring TLS Certificates expiry, adding Certificate Transparency Logs to Checkly would continue to add value to the service.

Describe alternatives you've considered We are looking at either writing and open-sourcing our own solution for this or simply purchasing a commercial product. We'd prefer to purchase this from Checkly rather than adding another third-party to our supplier list.

@cpressland I think this is an interesting development. We had it on our radar. Can you share a little about what your own solution would look like?
