Customization for public dashboards. #35

The current dashboards provide a good overview for a TV monitor as to the status of the checks. To a non-IT End User, they do not have a lot to go on besides seeing green or red.

Describe the solution you'd like The ability to include a custom header description. This would let us explain to the user what this page is, who to contact if they feel it is not updated. It would be great if there was an option to add custom CSS to the page as well.

Describe alternatives you've considered This would be more with what the StatusPage style products offer.

Additional context We currently have a link on our main site to the public dashboard and call it our "Status Page".
