[All][How it works][v.41] How it works has no Link for registering. #1

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch site on any web browser http://www.communitygamechanger.com/
  2. Go to "How it Works"
  3. Observe the page

Observed Results:

Unlike any of the other pages that are in the About section of the page. There is no link that will take the user to Registration.

This is fixed in v0.42
