[All][Member Register][v.44] Using both search tools for community member will priorities one of the selections. #10

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch site on any web browser
  2. Select the sign up button in the home page.
  3. Enter into the Member Registration page
  4. Proceed to the third step in the Member Registration
  5. Select any of the community partners options
  6. Fill in both search options
  7. Select the select button

Observed Results:

The options will priorities the second filed.

Note: Fix this by blocking the other input when the first one is selected.
