[All][Business Transaction][v.44] Entering member card manually will not find the user. #12

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch the site on any web browser
  2. Log into a business account
  3. Enter into the transaction page.
  4. Manually enter the members card number
  5. Fill in the rest of the information on the screen
  6. Attempt to submit

Observed Results:

The user will not be found with the card ID filled in.

Issue should be fixed in v.45
