[All][Business Transaction][v.44] Error messages will appear on top of each other. #14

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch site on any web browser
  2. Login into a business account
  3. Scan a card that is not associated with a member
  4. Fill in the rest of the information
  5. Submit the form

Observed Results:

Two error messages will appear onto of one another. This has the right information but needs refinement.
