[All][Transaction][v.44] When submitting a transaction without any of the MOP selected submit button disappears. #21

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch site on any web browser
  2. Log into a business account
  3. Enter into the transaction page
  4. Enter in all fields expect selecting a MOP
  5. Submit form

Observed Results:

When submitting the proper errors appear, but the submit button disappears.

Fixed in version 0.45
