[Mobile All][Terms of Service][v.44] Page is not showing correctly for mobile. #26

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch site on Mobile browser
  2. Enter into the Terms of Service
  3. Observe the page

Observed Results:

The page does not load for mobile correctly.
