[Mobile All][Header][v.44] Header does not close when tapping outside of the header dropdown. #28

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch site on any mobile browser
  2. Select the more icon in the top right hand side of the screen
  3. Tap outside of the drop down

Observed Results:

The header does not close when tapping outside of the header.
