[All][Transaction][v.44] Error message do not disappear once the business has selected a user. #33

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Launch site on any web browser
  2. Log into any business account
  3. Go to the transcription page
  4. Select the submit button
  5. Select the search button
  6. Find a user and select them

Observed Results:

The error message will persist to say a user has not been selected.

Should be fixed. for version 0.45
