[All][Register Select][v.41] Community Organizations should be Community Partners #4

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the site on any web browser (http://communitygamechanger.com)
  2. On the Home page, select the sign up button in the top right hand side of the window
  3. Scroll to bottom
  4. See the text for Community Register

Observed Results:

The text for the Community register section says "Community Organizations" but should be Community Partners to remain consistent with the rest of the site.

This page should now read Community Partners in version 0.42
