[All][Community Register][v.41] Community Organizations should be Community Partner #5

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the site on any web browser (http://communitygamechanger.com/)
  2. On the Home page select the sign up button in the top right hand corner of the screen
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. Select the Community Register button
  5. Observe the text in the page

Observed Results:

The text reads as Community Organizations but should be Community Partner to be consistent with the rest of the site.

This page should now read Community Partners in version 0.42
