[All][Community Register][v.41] Error messages are not appearing red. #8

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open the site on any web browser (http://communitygamechanger.com)
  2. On the Home page select the Sign up button in the top right hand side of the screen
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
  4. Select the Community Register button
  5. Submit the from without filling in any of the feilds
  6. Observe the error messages

Observed Results: All error messages do not appear red like on other pages.

Error message for Merchant and Community register forms should appear red now.

Confirmed fixed in v0.42
