1. Create a header component
2. Add a listing of the billing address’s input fields from the merchant side.
3. Implemented dynamic order for the fields

This is in progress work for the billing form. Next PR will come with changes for syncing done button with dynamic input fields.

As it's not a final PR with all functionality it would be nice to merge it into the feature branch instead of relese.
