Proposed changes

• Add CardHolder Name Components into the Payment form and it should be optional
• Add cardholder name regex for valid name. Currently applied same as IOS. For instance, Match any character that is either a letter (uppercase or lowercase), an apostrophe, a space, or a hyphen. for instance, Mark’s - Zenburg
• Added multi-language strings for cardholder name
• Added test cases

Testing of it: Parent ticket is complex. So, created this ticket as part of the subtask. So, easy to review and test. As part of this ticket, I have attached a screenshot.

• Run example_app_frames-> click on Default UI-> on paymentform you will see cardholder name
• Verify card holdername field regex requirement which has added in the ticket description and in the PR description
• Verify cardholder names in different languages which were added in the strings folder.

Would be great if we could include some screen recording in the description and how to verify the cardholder name component is working properly
