low battery bootloop but after checkrain it opens for few secs and bootloop again #1429

Tell us about your setup:

  1. What iDevice are you using? iPhone 7
  2. On what version of iOS is it? 13.3.1
  3. What version of checkra1n are you using? 0.10.2
  4. What is your host system (OS version? Hackintosh? VM? etc.)? Windows via Bootra1n
  5. How are you connecting to the device (USB-A? USB-C? Apple/3rd party cable? Through a USB hub?)? USB-A What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
  6. go into recovery mode
  7. use checkra1n
  8. it works, but after a few seconds it goes into bootloop again ...

What do you expect, and what is happening instead? stuck on lowbattery, i tried to charge overnight but its still 5% after using checkra1n

Does the issue also occur if you tick "Safe Mode" in the checkra1n options? i havent tried yet

Any other info, error logs, screenshots, ...?

Does your device boot up normally when checkra1n is not in use?

If you try to charge overnight and you only get to 5%, that sounds like your battery is seriously broken.
Also iBoot will refuse to boot if your battery is too low, and while we could override that, it would probably be a bad idea... so yeah @demhademha's question makes sense: does your device boot without checkra1n?
