What is your host system? Both native Hackintosh 10.15.7 (19H15) and Ubuntu 21.04 on the same machine (dual boot)
How are you connecting to the device? USB-A to Lightning 3rd party cable
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Connect the iPhone to the computer
Tick "Skip A11 BPR check" and "Allow untested iOS versions" in checkra1n
Jailbreak successfully
If I don't wait long enough before clicking Done then the error message shows up instead of the device information
What do you expect, and what is happening instead?
I'm expecting all of my springboard tweaks to work (SnowBoard, BarMoji, CCSupport, AppStore++ and more) and my tweaks to show into the settings app. Instead, the lock screen is stock, no custom icon from SnowBoard, no tweaks in the Settings app, no nothing. Other jailbreak tweaks work fine, though, such as Cydia, Zebra, the checkra1n app itself and more.
Did you see a popup on the device stating it entered "Safe Mode" due to an error?
No
Does the issue also occur if you tick "Safe Mode" in the checkra1n options?
When launching in safe mode only a message box and a notification show up telling me that safe mode has been requested manually, but tweaks are still enabled, the background is there, no way to "exit" safe mode from the control center - it's as if it wasn't enabled (probably isn't)
Any other info, error logs, screenshots, ...?
My device has been jailbroken for many months now, I was going to re-jailbreak it as "kernel_task" was using 20% RAM on my device (which I've read is a known issue with checkra1n and restarting should temporarily fix it. Issue #2114), everything was fine before reboot (I re-sprung the device not long before the reboot as well) but after jailbreaking again my theme was gone and all the issues I've mentioned above.
The changes I've made before re-boot is: removed a few tweaks I wasn't using anymore, such as Installer (I've been careful to not uninstall libraries or such), I've installed openjdk-8-jdk from the Doregon's Repo and, that's pretty much it.
Here's also what I've already tried to fix the issue (following some information I found online):
Reinstall Cydia Substrate
Downgrade Cydia Substrate
Reinstall Substrate Safe mode
Downgrade Substrate Safe mode
Reinstall PreferenceLoader
Installing RespringCacheFix
Upgrading every tweak
Here's the error message (which I didn't get on Linux, even though the results are the same):
