What version of checkra1n are you using? > Version 0.12.4
What is your host system (OS version? Hackintosh? VM? etc.)? > Windows 10(Bootra1n) & Ubuntu 20.04 & Linux Mint (tried em all)
How are you connecting to the device (USB-A? USB-C? Apple/3rd party cable? Through a USB hub?)? > USB-C & USB-A cable (3rd party cables) + original Apple usb c cable with usb-a adapter
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Start Checkra1n & start Checkra1n -c -v
Put device into DFU before or while instructions
3.when checkra1n gets to to upload / download mode screen on iPad flips on / off on dload mode and screen switch couple of times and then Checkra1n ends with Error code 12 twice after eachother

What do you expect, and what is happening instead? I expect my device to become Jailbreaked as I did it a month ago no problems at all. Now no matter what usb slot i use it doesn't work. And i use the same computer as before. My iPad is completely Fresh now so im trying to do a new JB
Did you see a popup on the device stating it entered "Safe Mode" due to an error? No directly after checkra1n fails and produce error code 12 my Device reboot and enter iOS normal start
Does the issue also occur if you tick "Safe Mode" in the checkra1n options? Doesn't matter.. Same results
Any other info, error logs, screenshots, ...?
Usbmux error happens sometimes if i Try to change usb slots..
I can't understand why it has been working perfectly before and suddenly it doesn't.. i haven't upgraded or downgraded my iOS or made any changes to computer either. So it should work
