iPad Mini 2 Ubuntu (Error Code -31) #2344

Tell us about your setup:

  1. What iDevice are you using?
  2. Ipad Mini 2
  3. On what version of iOS is it?
  4. IOS 12.5.6
  5. What version of checkra1n are you using?
  6. Latest beta
  7. What is your host system (OS version? Hackintosh? VM? etc.)?
  8. Linux Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS
  9. How are you connecting to the device (USB-A? USB-C? Apple/3rd party cable? Through a USB hub?)?
  10. Usb-A 3rd party cable

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. setup by " verbose boot, safe mode and unsuported versions"
  2. Quick Mode
  3. Normal jailbreak prosedure

  4. ...

What do you expect, and what is happening instead? I am getting error -31

Did you see a popup on the device stating it entered "Safe Mode" due to an error? No i did not

Does the issue also occur if you tick "Safe Mode" in the checkra1n options? yes

Any other info, error logs, screenshots, ...? Screenshot from 2023-02-19 10-24-39 yes

even when i try to unplug and plug it in it still does not work also it has error -1 after
