Tell us about your setup:

  1. What iDevice are you using? iPad air
  2. On what version of iOS is it? iOS 12.4.3
  3. What version of checkra1n are you using? GUI or CLI? 0.9.1 beta
  4. What is your host system (OS version? Hackintosh? VM? etc.)? Catalina on VMware workstation pro 15.5.1
  5. How are you connecting to the device (USB-A? USB-C? Apple/3rd party cable? Through a USB hub?)? Apple 3rd party cable

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. Connect iPad
  2. Turn off iPad and run Checkra1n
  3. Error 31 ...

What do you expect, and what is happening instead? Run without a problem

Does the issue also occur if you enable Safe Mode? No

This also happened to me. I searched and tried a lot of things and could finally make it work using a Hackintosh.

Virtual machines are not supported officially, so we need to wait linux version of checkra1n, or you can install hackintosh without vm and try on it.

Dear Abdulfazal, please inform me which laoptop/pc your using and also inform that you install hackintosh which version and last thing hackintosh install in with method like vm/hard/bootable usb do need full your reply.
