Tell us about your setup:

  1. What iDevice are you using? iPhone
  2. On what version of iOS is it? iOS 13.3
  3. What version of checkra1n are you using? GUI or CLI? GUI. Latest. 0.9.7
  4. What is your host system (OS version? Hackintosh? VM? etc.)? macOS 10.15.2
  5. How are you connecting to the device (USB-A? USB-C? Apple/3rd party cable? Through a USB hub?)? USB-A

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. Use checkra1n to jailbreak

What do you expect, and what is happening instead? I have a similar problem like this guy did. https://github.com/checkra1n/BugTracker/issues/346 After jailbreaking it, the phone just boots into "normal mode" and, although checkra1n says finished, the phone is not jailbroken. The checkra1n loading screen does show up on the apple logo and the checkra1n app does appear on home screen but the phone cannot run Cydia after booting up as it's not jailbroken. Checkra1n was working properly for me before on iOS 13.2.3 with Checkra1n 0.9.6 until I installed some bad tweaks and this happened. I have tried to restore the system in the checkra1n phone app and re-jailbreak but it didn't help. And verbose/ safe mode does not help either.

Does the issue also occur if you enable Safe Mode? Yes.

Any other info, error logs, screenshots, ...?

I have the same problem on iPhone 7 + iOS 13.3.1 I have a workaround which is booting into safe mode, then use iCleaner to disable all tweaks, and then jailbreak normally, and then reenable the tweaks
