iPad mini 2 (cellular) 12.4.5 CLI/GUI Arch Linux USB-A Does the issue also occur if you enable Safe Mode? Yes. Same result. Stuck.
Any chance your screen looks like this, saying "Pongo shell requested"?:

Nope. Screen is completely black
Same device same problem, although I’m on iOS 12.4.4. My iPhone 6 worked just fine with same cable and same USB port.
Same problem here: -iPad Mini 2 Wi-Fi -Original usb cable -Ubuntu 19.10
I tried GUI and CLI several times, the problem is always the same... In safe mode i get usb error -77 I guess we'll have to wait a little longer

Thats What I'm getting on a iPhone 8 iOS 13.1.2 While being stuck on "Booting..."
My report: https://github.com/checkra1n/BugTracker/issues/812
I get nothing shown on the iPad screen

On Linux:No. On macOS:Yes,but stuck.
Well, I feel like there's two groups of people here: those who boot with the -p
flag, and those who don't.
When booting with -p
, the device is explicitly told not to boot iOS, but to spin up a USB connection that can be used with PongoKit. Truth be told, the checkra1n host side isn't exactly polished and you'll still get a bootstrap upload timeout, but this isn't really something end users would have any use for anyway.
In that spirit, I'm gonna close this issue as "working as intended", and ask that:
-p
flag either move to #812, or open a new ticket if their issue is substantially differentSme issue with me in iPhone 7 ios 13.3 that is stuck on Right before trigger ( this is the real bug setup) in Ubuntu How can i fix it take too long but nothing happen no output on iPhone screen
@hassaanbaig12 We've got the same problem. mine is iPhone 7 plus with 13.3.1 iOS version. Also using ubuntu
i have this problem please fix this buuuuuug
Iphone X IOS 13.1.2 No funciona el jailbreak en OS Linux ubuntu V19.10 se ejecuta el proceso, recovery, luego DFU y al siguiente paso queda en (Right Before Trigger)This is the real bug setup y al final da error -79, de alli no sale.
Again, please refer to issue #812.
Tell us about your setup:
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
What do you expect, and what is happening instead?
Stuck, unable to start the machine.
Does the issue also occur if you enable Safe Mode?
Unable to boot.
Any other info, error logs, screenshots, ...? I also try without any option, and I still unable to get pass Right before trigger. I try GUI but it still stuck. I'm going to try macOS version to get pass.
