Tell us about your setup:

  1. What iDevice are you using? iPhone X

  2. On what version of iOS is it? 13.3.1

  3. What version of checkra1n are you using? GUI or CLI? GUI

  4. What is your host system (OS version? Hackintosh? VM? etc.)? macOS Catalina 10.15.3

  5. How are you connecting to the device (USB-A? USB-C? Apple/3rd party cable? Through a USB hub?)? USB-A from apple

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

  1. Happens with general use of the phone, last crashed happened while looking at logs in the settings page. ...

What do you expect, and what is happening instead? I would like the phone to maintain uptime or be able to reboot within one to two tries. Phone will start to heat up, get laggy, and eventually go into a boot loop. During the boot loop, phone is not detected by the computer in both recovery and DFU mode. On rare occasions, the phone will complete the reboot after being completely drained of battery but will re-enter the loop after some time.

Does the issue also occur if you enable Safe Mode? Yes.

Any other info, error logs, screenshots, ...? I was able to do a clean restore via DFU mode when the phone did boot up and currently have no tweaks installed.

Similar to issue #533 - I still have the issue even though it's closed.
