I Own a Apple TV 3 iOS 8.4.2 in checkra1n it says "Apple TV 3 (2013) (iOS 8.4.2) is not supported." now is this my iOS version? or something else like the model? Screen Shot 2020-02-28 at 6 07 15 AM

The Apple TV 3 is not supported, and it won't be. So do not expect it to work.
