Issue #317: Update checkstyle dependency from 8.33 to 8.35

As mentioned in https://github.com/checkstyle/patch-filters/issues/302#issuecomment-679627971, some checks do not update AbstractChecks to log DetailAST in checkstyle 8.33, so we need to update checkstyle dependency to 8.35.
