Admin > Settings Gives - Encountered errors GraphQL error: Expected a value of type "RequestAutoApprove" but received: approval_required

Describe the bug When accessing the settings page of the admin console the following error is displayed:

Encountered errors
GraphQL error: Expected a value of type "RequestAutoApprove" but received: approval_required

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Log into the admin panel.
  2. Click on Settings
  3. See error

Expected behavior Settings panel is displayed.

Additional context psql (12.2 (Ubuntu 12.2-2.pgdg18.04+1)) Node Version v12.16.1 Ubuntu 18.04.1 LTS
