Using body instead of footnote font for comment text #48

Thought I'd try this again, now that you're using Dynamic Text. I find it more comfortable to have the comment text be body rather than footnote, so I thought I'd suggest this change.

Got to say apple-system-body is still kinda too big, in my opinion. It may work for short sentences, like in Messages.app, but for HN comments, it's a bit overwhelming and requires more scrolling. I'll make it slightly bigger for now with eb7b48cd7242b4de2dd76f882043bdfbe987f448
