Use *key quote boosts when quote boosting on Phanpy #455

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Now that Phanpy has an quote boosting feature, it, however doesn't support using the key quote boosting when using an key instance. Instances not using *key should not have this changed due to not natively supporting quote boosts.

Describe the solution you'd like The solution I would like is using key's version of quote boosting, as it displays the quote boost properly on other key instances.

(reference for future people who might look at this issue) *key refers to Misskey and its forks like Sharkey, Firefish, FoundKey etc
