[Request] Akkoma Bubble Support #601

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I miss the bubble timeline from akkoma. It is a timeline with a set of instances choosen by the instance admin.

Describe the solution you'd like please add support for the akkoma bubble timeline, it is well documented in akkoma docs.
