Make Options Seed work with modded characters #43

Is it possible to make options seed work with attacks from modded characters?

Like I was using the Smart Flak alternate primary skill for engineer that TinkersSatchel and it wasnt copying the projectiles, or the projectiles from the primary attack of the void reaver character mod werent copied either.

You will need to make a mod that depends on Chen's Gradius Mod implements modded attacks.
