CTRL key management (release CTRL mode) #352

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Define hotkey CTRL-W to close tab and CTRL-D to duplicate tab
2.Open session and duplicate tab
3.Write pwd in the prompt of bash (no CTRL key down)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shell bash executes pwd and prints out the present working dir
But my tab is closed

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.0.0 in Windows 7 Professional
