SCP Error not displaying correctly #360

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Connect to a server using SCP
2. The following message appears : Unknown error. exitCode = 1, 
out=System.String[],err-System.String[]
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The error that is causing SCP connection to fail

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Product Version 1.4.0.4, running on Windows 8

Please provide any additional information below.
I tried to connect to a server using SCP.  Win SCP works fine but cannot 
connect using this tool.  More details about the error would help though.
