SuperPutty-1.4.0.4 not runnin on Windows 2008 R2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.if we execute SuperPutty SuperPutty-1.4.0.4 or SuperPutty-1.4.0.5 this crashes
2. gives erro superputty stopped workint
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
