HSlider not firing change event when two thumbs are close together #183

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a HSlider with 2 thumbs
2. Drag both to be as close as possible - this works fine
3. Drag one of them away from the other

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is a change event dispatched. This does not happen, and
all other thumb drags don't dispatch a change event after that. 

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
