Why WindowsShade auto resize in a VDividedBox? #200

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. put a WindowShade into a VDividedBox
2. add a Canvas to WindowShade
3. set Canvas height to "100%"
4. drag the divider
5. click WindowShade to hide it
6. click WindowShade again to show it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I won't the WindowsShade could remain its height after hide and show it
again, but it did not in a VDividedBox which I tried to changed the
splitting ratio.
