dropdown buggy #211

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use source from http://code.google.com/p/flexlib/issues/detail?
id=71&can=1&q=milestone:Release.2.3&colspec=ID%20Type%20Status%20FlexLib%20
Priority%20Milestone%20Owner%20Summary
change to VBoxSuperNavigator bottom="0" height="50" left="0" right="0"/>
2. works at first but then resize the browser window
3. now the drop down menu is stuck

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
should open above if not enough space below is found

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
flex 3&4(gumbo) flexlib.swc(297817  bytes) September 16, 2008
windows XP

resize the window so that the height is approx 300px viewable.
