Dockable Toolbar doesn't work in sub-applications #369

I have huge application where i will load other applications as 
sub-applications. one of my sub-application using flexlib dockable 
toolbar..when this sub-application loads into the main application dockable 
toolbar stops working...! is there any work around /solution for this problem. 
if yes..! please share that
