No source for examples #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. downloaded and unzipped flexmdi-1.1
2. looked examples/bin-debug and launched MDIExampleExplorer.html
3. looked for source for examples (like above) in dir structure, but can't
find it.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

It'd be nice to see the examples, so I can see how you're doing the themes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

flexmdi-1.1 on linux, windows, & mac

Please provide any additional information below.

View source is only enabled when exporting a release version, not debug 
versions. The
source is viewable in the posted version of the explorer
(http://www.returnundefined.com/flexmdi/explorer/) but is also included in the
download. Thats exactly what the examples directory contains.
