flexmdi_examples.html displays nothing #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download and unzip flexmdi-1.1
2. launch examples/flexmdi_examples.html
3. appears to load, see flash init, then nothing just flash blue screen.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect to see whatever is in this example, but I see nothing but
the flash blue screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

flexmdi-1.1, linux, windows, & mac.

Please provide any additional information below.
